Heather Olson
Heather Olson is a third-generation Realtor® with Rodeo Realty, based in the Northridge office on Reseda Boulevard and serving buyers and sellers throughout the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Licensed since 2007 and active in real estate in a variety of roles since 1994, she brings more than 30 years of industry experience to every client relationship.
Real estate is second nature to Heather. As the oldest daughter of Todd C. Olson, one of the largest brokers in the San Fernando Valley, she grew up immersed in the business and learned early that every transaction is built on trust, preparation and relentless follow-through.
Over three decades, Heather has guided clients through rising markets, shifting markets and everything in between. That experience has sharpened her negotiating skills and shaped a practical, creative approach to problem solving, along with out-of-the-box marketing and a range of strategies that can only come from decades of active work in the field. She has also mentored new licensees, sharing that hard-won knowledge with the next generation of agents.
